Role Overview :

As an Estimator at Freedom Interiors Group, you will play a key role in supporting our estimating / precon team efforts. Your primary responsibilities will include in the preparation of detailed and accurate cost estimates for various commercial projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to the success of a company on the rise.

Key Responsibilities :

• Reviewing project plans, specifications, and scope of work to prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Manage communications with clients
• Prepare detailed estimates for materials, labor, and other project components.
• Coordinate with suppliers to obtain necessary quotes and information.
• Read and understand commercial bid documents and project records and spec's.
• Help senior estimators with administrative tasks related to estimating and bidding.
• Review and analyze supplier proposals to ensure competitiveness and accuracy.
• Utilize electronic take off programs to produce estimates and takeoffs
