A few must-haves for our Hospice Director of Patient Care Services / Registered Nurse :

Option 1 : RN with a baccalaureate or higher degree in nursing or another health-related field, and at least 3 years of experience within the last 5 years in a home health or hospice agency, primary care clinic, or health facility—at least 1 year of which must have been in a supervisory or administrative capacity in a hospice or home health agency.
