[job_card.job_description]Competitive compensation ranging from $37.50 to $56.25 per hour, along with shift differentials. Incentives including a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 and student loan forgiveness up to $20,000. Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans. Self-scheduling shifts with minimal holiday rotation requirements. A supportive environment focused on professional growth and development. A minimum of 18 months of Med / Surg or Telemetry RN experience (2 years preferred). Current RN license in the state of practice, along with Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Commitment to flexibility in scheduling to meet unit needs.

Are you a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) looking to thrive in a challenging and rewarding night shift role? We invite you to join our Internal Float Pool, where you can enhance your clinical skills while providing exceptional patient care across various units.
Position Overview :
This full-time position offers the opportunity to float between ED Boarding, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU support units. Each shift presents new experiences, allowing you to expand your expertise in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced setting.
- Adapt to diverse unit workflows while maintaining clinical excellence.
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care.
- Anticipate and respond to significant changes in patient conditions efficiently.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
- Contribute to strategies aimed at reducing patient risk and enhancing safety.
