Short shifts are 2 to 3 hours, the pay for those shifts will be $20 per hour. All other shifts would be at regular pay. At ComForCare Home Care we value our home care aides like family. We celebrate success and have fun! Our focus is to help our clients and employees live their best life possible.

What you'll be doing :

• Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their homes.
• Assist with personal care.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and range of motion exercises.
• Handle meal planning, preparation, and feeding.
• Properly manage household needs.
• Provide companionship and respite services for the family.

What we're looking for :

• A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible.
• CNA, HHA, or PCA Certification
• We are looking for the committed people
• Reliable transportation.
• Previous experience as an at-home caregiver or in senior communities is a bonus.

Requirements

• Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
• Pet friendly is a plus
• Driver's license with insured and reliable automobile (preferred)
• Dementia / Hospice including end-of-life experience would be nice, but not necessary.
• A minimum of one year of documented experience is required
• Proof of professional training ie, a CNA, HHA, or PCA certificate would be a plus.
• Pass a drug test and background check

Compensation : $20.00 per hour
