Key Responsibilities
Define learning or talent strategic plans for business units, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities
Develop and oversee tailored talent solutions, evaluating their effectiveness and making necessary adjustments
Build productive relationships with leaders, acting as a trusted advisor to strengthen business performance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree with 6 years of experience in Learning & Talent Development or Human Resources, or a High School Diploma / GED with 10 years of experience
Demonstrated success in partnering with senior leaders to develop and implement talent solutions
Strong understanding of skills-focused talent practices and industry principles
Advanced experience in talent / learning solutions and workforce planning
Excellent facilitation and consulting skills
