Create and maintain documentation related to enhancements and CMMI requirements ensuring clarity and compliance with client and internal standards. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers fostering skill development and best practices in native mobile app development. Collaborate with customers and internal teams to gather and analyze requirements for new development projects ensuring alignment with business objectives.
