Are you a reliable, hands-on team player who enjoys variety and takes pride in your work? American Communities is looking for a Maintenance Technician to support day-to-day operations and help keep our community running smoothly.

In this role, you’ll assist with unit turns, complete minor repairs (plumbing, electrical, appliances), and help maintain curb appeal through grounds care and exterior upkeep. This is a great opportunity for someone with general maintenance knowledge who is ready to take the next step beyond make-readies but may not yet have HVAC or advanced repair experience.
