CommunityCare Hazleton is a newly renovated primary, express and specialty care clinic. We are an integral part of the community, and we continue to expand our services to meet our patients' needs, from physicals and well visits to follow-up care after illness or injury.

• 5k Sign on Bonus for the eligible new hire in this role. Terms apply.
• Hours : Full time, 37.5 hours per week, 8 : 30am to 8pm and rotating weekend hours 7 : 30am to 6pm
• Schedule : Some floating between clinics per business needs. Every other weekend rotation.

Job Duties :

Position Details :

Provides primary clinical support to the provider, patient and their family to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of the patient's condition. Follows up on diagnostic testing to ensure completion, accuracy, and filing of same in medical record to ensure continuity and quality of care. Promotes a clean environment. Meets the qualifications to provide care for patients in specific age range on their assigned clinical area.
