Key Responsibilities
Build, lead, and scale a global team of Solutions Engineers and Technical Account Managers
Oversee and optimize the Proof of Value (POV) process for prospective customers
Manage post-sales technical relationships and guide customers through implementation
Required Qualifications
Deep expertise in Kubernetes, container orchestration, and cloud-native infrastructure
Experience in managing both pre-sales and post-sales functions
Leadership experience in a high-growth startup or SaaS environment
Ability to define strategy while being hands-on with technical details
Experience with open-source commercialization or developer tooling products is a plus
