Job Description

Position Summary : Maintain cleanliness of venue floors and sidewalks during service. Interacts with fellow employees, and supervisors in a polite and courteous manner to ensure gracious hospitality.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Maintain professional appearance standards as directed in the Tao Group Hospitality Employee Handbook.
• Support the dining room / lounge employees in accommodating the needs of the guests.
• Maintain general cleanliness of station and entire venue.
• Complies with Department of Health and company sanitation standards.
• Understand how to graciously direct guests to different area of the venue.
• Navigate and understand flow of service as it relates to the floor plan.
• Maintaining upkeep of restrooms when bathroom attendants are not scheduled.
• Properly equip yourself for the shift, and other opening / closing procedures as directed by management, including :

o A clean mop, broom, dustpan, scraper, and spill troll

o Performs opening side-work as prescribed

o Performs closing side-work as prescribed
