Compensation :

  • Salary : $84,000 - $100,000 / year (based on experience)
  • Pay-per-billed-hour : $70-$72 / billed hour | $90 per evaluation | $35-$36 / meeting hour
  • Signing or relocation bonuses : Up to $10,000
  • Performance incentives : Up to $9,000 annually
  • Flexible compensation models : Choose between salaried or pay-per-billed-hour options

    • Your Responsibilities :

  • Deliver evidence-based physical therapy services to pediatric patients
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with families, physicians, schools, and multidisciplinary team members
  • Provide culturally competent, family-centered care
  • Complete case management activities consistent with quality assurance standards
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Participate in team meetings and care coordination

    • Qualifications : Required :

  • Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Colorado DORA PT license (or eligible to obtain)
  • BLS / CPR certification
  • Passion for pediatric care and collaborative practice

    • Preferred :

  • Pediatric experience (new grads welcome!)
  • Experience in multidisciplinary settings

    • Physical Requirements :

  • Must be able to sit 1-2 hours, stand / walk 4-6 hours daily, and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
