• About the Role We are seeking a results-driven Operations Manager to oversee project delivery, profitability, and team development.
• This role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and per scope , while fostering operational excellence and client satisfaction.
• Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor Team Leaders across multiple markets.
• Support Sales Target Projects.
• Manage project execution, financial performance, and KPIs.
• Resolve client and business issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and best practices.

• Qualifications Associate degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience (Bachelor’s in Engineering preferred). 5+ years in BAS, with 2+ years in management.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
