ServiceNow Developer Opportunity
Our client, a leading Data Center in the US, is dedicated to enhancing customer satisfaction and elevating employee experience. To achieve this, their IT department leverages the ServiceNow platform to deliver cutting-edge applications. We're seeking skilled ServiceNow developers to join the client's team and contribute to a range of innovative projects. The Sandbox team will be involved in developing end-to-end solutions as well as collaborating with the client's teams to enhance existing projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and develop ServiceNow applications, customizations, and enhancements based on business requirements
- Create and manage workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize system enhancements
- Perform system integration and data migration tasks
- Ensure ServiceNow platform stability, performance, and security
Requirements :
3+ years of experience in ServiceNow developmentProficiency in ServiceNow development tools, including Studio, Scripting, Workflows, Forms, and Service CatalogExperience with ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), or IT Business Management (ITBM) modulesStrong understanding of ITIL processes and best practicesAbility to analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issuesExcellent communication and documentation skillsServiceNow certification(s) is a plus
