As part of our Internal Float Pool, you will rotate among different units including ED Boarding, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU . As a Registered Nurse, you will coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process to ensure safe and therapeutic care, interfacing with patients and families to foster a therapeutic relationship and achieve optimal patient outcomes. You will assess patient needs, implement individualized care plans, anticipate patient condition changes, and collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver exceptional patient-centered care. You’ll also participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain a culture of safety, addressing any potential threats to patient well-being.
