A company is looking for a Team Lead, Global Construction & Facilities Procurement.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high-performing team of Regional Construction & Facilities Category Managers

Architect and execute multi-year category strategies for Construction and Facilities Management

Oversee complex RFx processes for high-value capital projects and negotiate contracts to minimize risk

Required Qualifications

10+ years of strategic procurement experience, with at least 7+ years in Construction, Facilities, or CapEx categories

Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring procurement teams

Deep expertise in construction contracting models and negotiation with General Contractors

Experience managing procurement for critical infrastructure equipment with complex supply chains

Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders in Engineering and Real Estate
