We are seeking a passionate and skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team for the current school year.
- 2 RBT's needed
- Full-time | 37.5 Per Week | 5 days / week
Hourly Rate Range : $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
Responsibilities include :
Provide direct behavioral support to students in individual and small-group settings.Implement evidence-based interventions under the supervision of a BCBACollaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)Assist with classroom management and model proactive behavioral strategies.Collect accurate behavioral data to track progress and guide intervention decisions in coordination with the BCBA.Participate in IEP meetings, student support team meetings, and crisis intervention when appropriate.Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines.Support staff training related to behavior management and de-escalation.Foster a supportive, inclusive, and respectful learning environment for all students.Required Qualifications :
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (active or expired)Fingerprint Clearance & Background Check required.Benefits :
