Job Description Summary

The Director of Employee Relations is responsible for leading the organizations employee relations strategy ensuring a positive workplace culture and managing complex employee issues. This role serves as a trusted advisor to senior leadership HR partners and employees balancing organizational goals with fair and consistent treatment of staff.

Job Description

• Strategic Leadership

Develop and implement employee relations strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

Oversee investigations into employee complaints misconduct and policy violations.

Review update and enforce HR policies and procedures.

Design and deliver training programs for managers on employee relations best practices.

Track employee relations metrics and trends to inform leadership decisions.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.

The compensation for the position is : $ 157250.00 - $185000.00
