Experience working in Agile environments with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Rally, etc. Ability to manage risks, dependencies, and multi-team delivery in complex ecosystems.

Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead and deliver two major technology migration initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong cross-functional leadership skills, experience managing large-scale platform migrations, and the ability to coordinate across multiple engineering and business teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end delivery of the Del Clerity Uplift initiative, coordinating workstreams across multiple applications and technology teams.
- Oversee the AMP Migration program, including planning, execution, and risk management.
- Drive the complete migration lifecycle from pre-production testing through post-production stabilization.
- Manage Authorizations Point of Sale (POS) migration activities as part of the broader Authorizations Modernization Program.
- Track milestones, remove roadblocks, and ensure delivery within scope, timeline, and quality expectations.
- Partner with engineering, QA, product, operations, and business stakeholders to align technical deliverables and dependencies.
- Maintain clear status reporting, communication plans, and escalation processes.
- Ensure compliance with technology standards, governance practices, and change-management protocols.
