ProSidian Speakers Bureau delivers expert-led, purpose-driven keynote and guest speaking engagements that align strategic messaging with event objectivesempowering audiences through impactful communication by industry leaders, subject matter experts, and thought influencers across conferences, academic forums, corporate summits, and community events. Leadership And Coaching Category Speakers Provides targeted content and insights tailored to Business Leadership, Growth, Ethics, And Entrepreneurship / Coaching Topic Areas while collaborating with a Speakers Bureau (Keynote / Guest) as part of a Leadership & Coaching Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline / Category with the objective(s) of engaging audiences through expert knowledge, real-world experience, or motivational storytelling. Qualifications

Executive experience in business or leadership coaching. Current or previous role aligned with Leadership & Coaching activities driving qualifications as a Business Leadership, Growth, Ethics, And Entrepreneurship / Coaching Keynote Speaker. Demonstrated excellence in public speaking, subject matter expertise, and ability to connect with varied audiences.

MBA or equivalent leadership background; 10+ years of management or consultancy experience. Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant certifications or professional / lived experience in subject area highly valued.

Primarily focused on Professional and Management Development Training initiatives and aligned with Speakers Bureau (Keynote / Guest Speaker) activities Leadership And Coaching Functional Area Activities.

Organizational development, strategy execution, leadership training.

Effective communication, audience engagement, storytelling, strategic thinking, adaptability.
