INTRODUCTION:

ISAT Total Support (Tomarco Contractor Specialties LLP) is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our growing project team. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to support multiple active projects simultaneously. You will play an essential role in maintaining project documentation, assisting with scheduling, coordinating with engineers and project managers, and ensuring project tasks stay on track. We design, manufacture, and distribute non-structural engineering support systems for projects around the world.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Project Coordinator supports the planning and execution of projects by managing documentation, tracking progress, and facilitating communication among project managers, engineers, vendors, and customers. This role assists with scheduling, procurement activities, reporting, and issue follow-up to ensure projects stay organized and on schedule. The Project Coordinator helps maintain accuracy, clarity, and consistency across all project deliverables while contributing to smooth day-to-day operations.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage project data and documentation in Nexus and other project tools (logs, spreadsheets, trackers, meeting minutes).
• Support purchasing activities, including generating Material Requests and coordinating with vendors.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure accurate requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Monitor procurement-related issues such as shortages, backorders, and changes; communicate impacts as needed.
• Assist with schedule management, including reviewing and interpreting project schedules.
• Support change-order processes and ensure documentation is properly maintained.
• Track billable hours, billing progress, and supporting documents for accurate invoicing.
• Maintain an organized workflow and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Assist in monitoring budgets, efficiency, and procurement performance using analytical methods.
• Learn and apply relevant industry codes and engineering frameworks (preferred).
