Accounts Receivable Representative

Accounting Representativeneeded in theVirginia Beachoffice. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing excellent customer service and have keen attention to detail.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of accounts receivable experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and extremely thorough work ethic.
• Must be adept using Microsoft Word and Excel and previous Avid accounting software system a plus.

CRITICAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Self-motivated, detail oriented and reliable.
• Can establish relationships quickly and easily with a diverse group of people.
• Has a high energy level and great customer service skills.
• Goal oriented and results focused.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Accurately code and enter/process all money.
• Research and update/adjust accounts as needed.
• Compute, classify, record, update and verify data for use in maintaining accounting records.
• Receive and verify invoices and reimbursements for goods and services.
• Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures.
