Boeing Defense Space & Security (BDS) is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Engineering Manager to support a Proprietary Program in Mesa, AZ. In this pivotal role as Production Engineering Manager, you will lead a dynamic team of Manufacturing, Tooling, Numerical Controlled (NC) Programming, Liaison, and Industrial Engineers, driving efforts to define, stabilize, and improve the production system. By leveraging your expertise and innovative thinking, you will guide your team in identifying inefficiencies, developing robust solutions, and implementing process improvements that enhance productivity and quality ensuring customers' needs are met. Position Responsibilities

• Manage employees performing engineering and technical activities in Production Engineering.
• Develop and execute project and process plans, implementing policies and procedures.
• Create and lead a team to execute tooling and model-based instruction (MBI) release curves.
• Set operational goals and acquire necessary resources for projects and processes.
• Provide technical management of suppliers and lead process improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members.
• Oversee and approve technical approaches, products, and processes.
• Manage, develop, and motivate employees to achieve high performance.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship as a condition of employment. An interim and / or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required. This position requires ability to obtain program access, for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship only.
