Receptionist Position

We are looking for a detail-oriented and personable Receptionist to join our team on a contract-to-permanent basis in Tucson, Arizona. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle a variety of administrative tasks efficiently. Responsibilities :

• Welcome and assist visitors, providing a friendly and detail-oriented first impression.
• Handle incoming phone calls, directing them appropriately and answering inquiries.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings with customers and team members.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Manage email correspondence and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Liaise with the administration and service teams to ensure seamless coordination.
• Facilitate valet services and ensure customer satisfaction during their visit.
• Process orders and provide updates on service timelines.
• Assist in maintaining an organized and efficient reception area.
• Handle both inbound and outbound calls to support customer needs.
