Hourly Rate $23.25 per hour

Shift : Monday - Friday, 1st and 2nd shift (overtime required as needed)

We are looking for a Production Operator for our Modesto, CA Plant!

Summary : To contribute to the production of metal insulated building panels as directed by Supervisor. Skilled Technical Industrial Machine Operator with strong mathematical and communication skills to operate and maintain state-of-the-art equipment used in the production of Kingspan panels. The ideal candidate should have excellent computer skills and the ability to understand measurements, work collaboratively in teams, apply critical thinking, have quality and safety awareness, and be mechanically oriented.

Essential Duties :

• Follows up on work assignments from Supervisor.
• Receives machine / process operations according to need and operator qualification.
• Coordinates resource requirements with the Production Supervisor and other Team Leaders.
• Ensures team productivity remains high by closely coordinating product change and brakes.
• Contribute to the following :

The Product is manufactured within standard times.

Records all required data.

Reports maintenance requirements to the Maintenance Supervisor
