Youll help customers find the right coverage while building a meaningful, growth-driven career. Whether youre an experienced sales professional or brand new to the industry, we provide the training, tools, and support you need to succeed.
No insurance experience? No problemwell train you!
If you have customer service or sales experience, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn, well teach you the rest. New team members start with a base salary and have the opportunity to earn additional compensation in their first year.

- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
- Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
- Generating insurance quotes.
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Handle customer renewals.
