Compensation :
$122,000 - $185,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
Assist in generating and nurturing leads to build a strong client base.Collaborate with experienced agents to learn effective sales techniques and strategies.Participate in training sessions to gain a comprehensive understanding of the real estate market.Support clients through the buying or selling process, ensuring a seamless experience.Utilize cutting-edge technology and marketing tools to enhance client engagement.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate trends and regulations.Contribute to team meetings and share insights to foster a collaborative environment.Qualifications :
Real Estate license or in the process of getting one.Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to build strong relationships.Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and tools in the real estate industry.Proven track record of working collaboratively in a team environment, contributing to shared goals.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.Motivated self-starter with a passion for real estate and a desire to grow your career.Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.Familiarity with the Gainesville, FL real estate market or a commitment to quickly learn about local trends and regulations.About Company
