Job Description :

Role : Oracle Application Developer

Location : Onsite in Memphis (Willing to relocate is fine)

Interview mode : Video Interview

Terms : 12-month contract

Requirement

• 9+ years development and customizing Oracle EBS HCM Applications , across these modules OTL, Payroll, HR, Compensation, and Self-Service using PL / SQL, Oracle Forms / Reports, OAF, and Workflows.
• 6 years of troubleshooting Oracle EBS interfaces with third-party systems using APIs, Interface Tables, SQL
• Loader, SFTP, flat files, and concurrent programs, including integration with Taleo.
• 8 years designing and maintaining database objects such as Procedures, Packages, Functions, Triggers, Alerts, Workflows, and Business Events using SQL and PL / SQL.
• 5 years managing and debugging Oracle Workflow processes for automated approvals and document routing, including resolving concurrent processing and integration issues.
• 5 years coordinating Oracle EBS patching strategies and application upgrades, ensuring smooth transitions and system stability.
• 5 years creating comprehensive technical documentation and leading knowledge transfer activities including training, mentoring, and code reviews.
• 4 years utilizing Oracle BI / XML Publisher, APEX, UNIX scripting, and version control tools like Git for full lifecycle development in Oracle environments.
