Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented 3rd Shift Machine Operator to join our team at our facility located in Fontana, CA, 92335. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for operating machinery, this is the perfect opportunity for you! As a key member of our production team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our operations run smoothly during the night shift.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment as needed.
  • Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Document production data and report any issues to the supervisor.
  • Follow all safety protocols and company policies at all times.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
  • Previous experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work 3rd shift hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
