Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

Provide information about insurance policies and billing.

Assist clients with filing and tracking insurance claims.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Collaborate with agent to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous customer service a must, insurance experience a plus.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Must be willing to complete training and obtain necessary licenses
