LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Administrative Coordinator with 12 years of administrative experience to join our client's team in Valley Center, San Diego. This role plays a key part in supporting daily office operations and ensuring smooth coordination across departments. The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and handling phone and email communications. Additional duties include preparing documents, maintaining accurate records, data entry, filing, and assisting with reports and general correspondence. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
