Realtor - Buyer Agent

Compensation :

$100,000 - in the next 12 months or we pay you the difference

Responsibilities :

• Demonstrate your value in such a way that buyers and sellers are compelled to pay your optimum fee.
• Differentiate yourself in a very crowded market and become the only logical choice.
• Provide prospects with tangible, proven systems that help them achieve their goals within their timeframe and at the price point they want and need.
• Utilize systems and technology to provide predictable and repeatable results to ensure a 5-Star experience.
• Ground floor opportunity as we expand nationwide in preparation for our upcoming IPO.

Qualifications :

• Maryland, Pennsylvania, or DC Real Estate license.
• A consistent record of real estate success.
• Great communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with the area's real estate market conditions and trends.
