Position Overview : The position of Case Manager is assigned to be a part of our Supportive Services for Veteran Families Program here at The Salvation Army. This is due to the need for this service here in our Community! This program is funded by the United States Department of Veteran Affairs. As the Case Manager your role is to provide Intensive Case Management, offer Temporary Financial Assistance, and refer Legal Services to eligible households. Case Manager's can be assigned up to and including 25 families within Onondaga County. Clients are assessed and referred to this program from our Agency Community Partner.

Position Details : This position is Full-time, 5-days per week, Non-Exempt / Hourly, $22.50-$23.50 / hour depending on education and experience. Our employees do have access to our unique benefit offerings program after successful completion of the "Initial Employment Period".
