Lead Teacher Toddler Classroom

We are seeking a nurturing, energetic

• Lead Toddler Teacher
• to join our child care team. This role is responsible for creating a safe, engaging, developmentally appropriate environment for children ages 15 months-2.9 years. The Lead Teacher plans and implements curriculum, supports social-emotional development, maintains classroom organization, and builds strong partnerships with families.
• Responsibilities :
• Plan and lead daily activities that support toddler development
• Ensure a safe, clean, and positive classroom environment
• Observe, document, and assess children's progress
• Communicate effectively with families and team members
• Guide assistant teachers and model best practices
• Follow licensing regulations, center policies, and health / safety procedures
• Qualifications :
• Early Childhood Education coursework or credential (per state licensing requirements)
• Experience working with toddlers in a group setting
• Strong communication, patience, and classroom management skills
• Ability to lift, bend, and engage in active play

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Experience :

• Early Childhood Education : 2 years (Required)

License / Certification :
