Role Overview

At Freedom Regained we support individuals transitioning from education into leadership and development-focused roles. Youll be provided with structured learning resources professional training and ongoing support to help you confidently contribute in this space.

This role is well suited to educators who enjoy guiding others facilitating learning conversations and continuing their own development.

What Youll Be Doing

• Engaging in meaningful conversations using professional communication skills
• Sharing access to leadership and personal development materials
• Guiding individuals through an established information and learning process
• Participating in ongoing leadership development sessions
• Working remotely within a flexible self-managed structure

Important Note

This is a contract-based role suited to professionals with a minimum of 5 years of full-time work experience. It is not a salaried or hourly teaching position.

Applicants must be located in regions where we currently operate including the United States Canada Australia New Zealand and select European locations.
