A company is looking for an Associate Creative Director, Advertising & Content (Remote US).
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute creative for paid advertising across various digital platforms
Lead the conceptualization and creation of high-converting ad creative and analyze performance data
Oversee end-to-end creative production processes and manage multiple projects while ensuring quality and compliance
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in creative roles, preferably at DTC brands
Proven track record of creating high-performing paid advertising content across digital platforms
Experience managing creative teams and external vendor relationships
Proficiency in creative tools including Adobe Creative Suite and video editing software
Strong understanding of direct response marketing principles and conversion optimization
