Key Responsibilities

• Analyze customer requests and determine the most effective solutions.

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, proposal drawings, concept sketches, and quotations.

• Collaborate with proposal managers, engineers, and subject matter experts to develop winning strategies.

• Support the sales team by explaining proposals and assisting with customer presentations.

• Coordinate with outside vendors to ensure equipment and customer specifications are met.

• Maintain accurate proposal documentation and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience).

• 3+ years of experience in machine design (metal cutting preferred).

• Strong background in cost estimating and proposal development.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong analytical and design skills, with a practical understanding of manufacturing methods.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
