- Must have previous store buying experience
- Passionate about soccer
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills; able to work with various personalities and be resourceful
- No Nike experience required; relocation not offered
Key Responsibilities :
Partner to refine and implement World Cup product assortments for specific store locations and calendar eventsCollaborate closely with Planning and Allocation teams to ensure timely and complete product assortments at door levelCommunicate strategies updates challenges and roadblocks to relevant stakeholdersRegularly engage with key stakeholders and share best practices with Nike Canada teamCurate and adapt consumer-right assortment strategies for focus stores considering local relevance and physical spaceIdentify inventory gaps / opportunities including risks related to delivery and inventory levelsDrive execution of priority assortments for key stores and host cities during the World CupAnalyze product performance share insights and make recommendations for assortment adjustmentsLead weekly business reviews and recommend agile inventory responses as neededPlan and recommend inventory flow for key sporting momentsDemonstrate strong project leadership collaboration and communication skillsManage complex details and timelines with attention to detailFunctional Skills Required :
