Key Responsibilities
Ensure customers achieve clinical and operational goals through effective implementation of the solution
Manage deployment for large and medium scale customers, focusing on quick time to value
Create and execute project plans, track implementation progress, and maintain account health
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in Customer Success, implementation, or management consulting, preferably in Enterprise SaaS
Strong priority management skills and high emotional intelligence
Experience with technical products and end-to-end system implementations
Excellent consultative skills with a proven track record of building trust with various stakeholders
Proficiency in using AI tools to enhance efficiency and customer experience
