Key Responsibilities

Oversee the resolution of claims handled by Third-Party Administrators (TPAs)

Collaborate with various teams to enhance claim management platforms and reporting capabilities

Define best practices across multiple casualty market segments

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience handling Commercial General Liability claims

5+ years of experience managing litigated CGL claims

3+ years of experience with Excess & Surplus Lines claims

2+ years of experience supervising claim professionals

Proven ability to analyze coverage and manage litigation effectively
