CIP Process Engineer – North Carolina – Life Sciences

Our client, a global Pharmaceutical manufacturing organization are looking for a talented CIP Process Engineer to join their expanding team. With continued organizational growth and considerable investment across their portfolio and capital programs this is an extremely exciting opportunity to contribute towards their brand-new manufacturing facility on the East Coast of the United States.

Responsibilities:

• Review vendor documentation against user requirement specifications (URS) to ensure alignment
• Perform system walk downs against P&IDs (redline any discrepancies)
• Support CIP circuit shakedown / tuning efforts as a subject matter expert (SME)
• Drive resolution of CQV testing issues and findings (organize meetings, generate technical justifications, etc.)
• Drive consideration of “cloning” equipment designs and applications.
• Generate project change controls (PCC) and drive them to closure
• Monitor system punch list and drive punches to closure

Skills and Experience:

• 8+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience (5+ years with CIP)
• Support startup and qualification of the CIP systems as a subject matter expert
