A company is looking for a Spanish Bilingual Vehicle Return Clerk (Remote - Michigan).

Key Responsibilities

Ensure case accuracy and assemble case documentation

Manage communications between the car owner, auto dealer, and lending institution

Negotiate and coordinate vehicle buybacks on behalf of the auto manufacturer

Required Qualifications

Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written)

High school diploma or equivalent

Customer service experience (three or more years preferred)

Able to work shifts within the center's hours of operation

Must be a Michigan resident with high-speed internet access at home
