Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Master Planner with a strong\nbackground in transformers to oversee and coordinate the master planning\nactivities across all areas of our organization. The Master Planner will be\nresponsible for developing and implementing comprehensive production plans,\nensuring optimal utilization of resources, and meeting customer demands. The\nideal candidate will have extensive experience in production planning, a deep\nunderstanding of transformer manufacturing processes, and excellent analytical\nskills

Join us at the launch phase of our new manufacturing\nfacility in Charlotte, NC, scheduled for completion in 2026. In the initial\nphase, you will play a key role in :

  • Supporting factory construction and\n process implementation.

\n

  • Developing a high-performance engineering\n team.

    • \n

  • Coordinating all aspects of factory setup\n to ensure readiness for production.

    How You’ll Make an Impact

    \n

  • Develop and manage the master production\n schedule to meet customer demand, inventory\n targets, and production capacity.

    • \n

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams \n (production, procurement, sales, marketing, suppliers) to ensure alignment\n with schedules and timely material availability.

    • \n

  • Monitor and adjust plans proactively \n based on demand changes, supply chain disruptions, and resource\n constraints to maintain efficiency.

    • \n

  • Optimize resource utilization and\n production load across facilities and shifts while\n identifying and resolving bottlenecks.

    • \n

  • Analyze data and forecasts \n (market trends, sales projections, historical performance) to improve\n demand planning and inventory control.

    • \n

  • Track performance and report insights \n through KPIs, capacity utilization, and inventory metrics; present\n recommendations to senior management.

    What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s\ndegree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Min 5 years in production planning and master scheduling, preferably in transformer\nmanufacturing. 10 years strongly preferred
  • \nStrong knowledge of transformer manufacturing processes (preferred), supply chain dynamics,\nand proficiency with ERP and production planning tools.
  • Excellent analytical\nand problem-solving abilities; ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic\nenvironments.
  • \nOccasional travel for training; flexibility to work outside normal business\nhours when required.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.\nwithout employer-sponsored visa support (internal transfers may be eligible).
