CNC Programmer - 1st Shift

CNC Milling Programmer

Location : Charlotte, NC

Shift : First shift (extra double-time pay available on weekends)

Compensation : $35–$50 per hour, depending on experience About the Position We’re looking for a skilled CNC Programmer with a background in milling to become a key contributor on our production team. This role calls for someone who enjoys working directly with equipment, has a sharp eye for detail, and can take on both programming and mentoring responsibilities. Candidates with prior teaching, coaching, or leadership experience will stand out. Key Duties

• Develop precise CNC milling programs using Mastercam.
• Set up, adjust, and fine-tune operations on equipment such as Haas, Mori, Mazak, and Doosan machines.
• Review and interpret drawings, CAD designs, and work instructions to ensure accuracy.
• Guide and train coworkers on machining techniques and programming best practices.
• Keep machines and tools in top condition for safe and reliable performance.
• Partner with engineering and production groups to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Be available for weekend shifts when needed, with double pay incentives.
