Salary : $18$21 / hour

Sign on Bonus : $1,000 after 90 days of employment

Location : Arvada, CO

Schedule : Monday Friday, (No weekends)

The Learning Experience in Arvada is hiring a joyful and energetic Preschool Teacher to help little learners explore, grow, and develop independence in a nurturing classroom environment. If you love working with Preschoolers and want to make a meaningful impact while having fun, this is the place for you.

What Youll Do

  • Create a warm, safe, and engaging environment for children ages 1224 months
  • Support early social, language, and motor development through play-based learning
  • Follow daily classroom routines including diapering, meals, and transitions
  • Communicate consistently with parents to build strong relationships
  • Implement TLEs award-winning L.E.A.P. Curriculum
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and joyful classroom

    • Colorado Requirement

    Must hold a Level 2 or higher on the Colorado PDIS. Pyramid Plus or Infant / Toddler Certification is a strong plus. (Verification required prior to hire.)
