Dominion Payroll is hiring a Recruiter!

Dominion Payroll is a leading provider of human capital management (HCM) solutions, helping businesses streamline payroll, HR, and talent operations through technology, service, and partnership. We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for Dominion Payroll and an affiliated HCM organization within our partner network.

This role will manage recruitment across multiple locations and business lines, supporting positions primarily in operations, sales, and other client-facing roles. The ideal candidate combines strong interpersonal skills with a modern, data-driven recruiting approach and a working knowledge of AI tools and technology integration in the hiring process.
