Employment Type : Temp to Hire

Compensation : $50-$55 / hr.

Schedule : Mon-Fri 8 : 00-5 : 00 (Onsite)

About the Role :

We're seeking a dynamic Recruiting Supervisor to lead recruiting operations and drive strategic hiring initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment and is passionate about building high-performing teams. You'll oversee a team of recruiters, manage full-cycle hiring processes, and collaborate with leadership to meet workforce goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and mentor the recruiting team to ensure timely and effective hiring practices.
• Develop and implement recruiting strategies aligned with business needs.
• Manage job postings, advertising budgets, and vendor relationships.
• Oversee relocation processes and ensure policy compliance.
• Maintain accurate reporting across recruiting trackers and systems (WMM, ERP).
• Ensure hiring practices comply with federal / state laws and internal policies.
• Analyze recruiting metrics to improve performance and candidate experience.
• Partner with department heads to forecast staffing needs and maintain headcount accuracy.
• Create and update SOPs for recruiting processes and training programs.
