A company is looking for a Technical Business Analyst Principal in Columbus, OH.

Key Responsibilities

Utilize business analysis techniques for use case modeling, data modeling, and process mapping

Manage business unit relationships and oversee the life cycle of IT investments

Lead process redesign activities and develop innovative solutions for complex business needs

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business, or related field with 7 years of experience; or an Associate's degree with 9 years of experience; or a high school diploma / GED with 11 years of experience

Working knowledge of project methodologies like waterfall and Agile Scrum

Experience in data exploration and analysis (e.g., SQL)

3-5 years of business analyst experience in Maximo and / or utility experience

Strong experience in facilitating value stream mapping sessions for business transformation projects
