This position also offers valuable hands-on experience for those pursuing careers in sales, marketing, or brand representation, helping you develop essential skills in customer engagement, lead generation, and persuasive communication-key strengths for success in these fields.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential customers at events to generate interest and leads.
  • Educate attendees about our products and services in a professional and approachable manner.
  • Represent Renewal By Andersen with enthusiasm, maintaining a positive brand image.
  • Travel to designated event locations.
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on event requirements and company needs. A detailed review of role expectations will be provided upon hire.

    • Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be available for variable part-time shifts (4-6 hours), including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends, based on event scheduling needs.
  • Successful candidates are highly communicative, personable, and comfortable engaging with prospective customers in a fast-paced setting.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance.
  • Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Report check
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Employment offer contingent on a clean, basic background check.

    • Compensation

  • Base pay starts at $16 per hour with paid training.
  • Earn between $18-$25 per hour with generous commission incentives-your success is rewarded!
  • Pay is subject to fluctuation based on seasonal demands and performance.

    • Working & Physical Conditions

  • Standing and moving for extended periods (up to 6+ hours) in fast-paced event settings, engaging with a high volume of attendees. Comfortable initiating conversations in crowded, dynamic environments.
  • Event setup duties include lifting and assembling canopies, tents, tables, and marketing materials (50+ lbs).
  • Physical stamina required for setup, breakdown, and ongoing adjustments throughout the day.
  • Work takes place both indoors and outdoors, requiring adaptability to various weather conditions like heat, cold, and wind.
  • Event locations include festivals, trade shows, retail spaces, and large public venues.
  • Mobility required to navigate event sites efficiently.
