• Competitive Wages : A shift supervisor starts at an hourly wage of $14-$15 / hour, depending on location, paid biweekly. For in-store (non-catering and offsites) positions, we also offer an additional $1 / hour for any time worked after 11pm and anytime worked on Sundays, which is included in your paycheck.
• Superb Tips : Tips average to $3-8 / hour, depending on the shift and location. Money in your pocket at the end of each shift! This means your average hourly take-home is around $17-$23 / hour. For Offsite and Event Shift Leading, tips average more in the $5-$15 / hour, and are either paid on your check or at the end of the shift depending on the location.

Restaurant Shift Supervisor Duties

You are the "big cheese" on shift! Your job is all about making sure everything runs smoothly. That means getting orders just right and making sure they're ready right on time, serving up top-notch food, and making every customer feel like a VIP. You make sure everything on the to-do list gets checked off, and everyone's in the right place at the right time. As a Shift Supervisor, you'll even get to help train new folks and attend regular Shift Leader team meetings.
