[job_card.job_description]Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations and intakes Provide brief therapy, crisis intervention, and individual counseling for mild to moderate cases Diagnose using DSM-5 criteria and develop individualized treatment plans Maintain accurate clinical documentation using electronic health records Collaborate with primary care providers and community organizations for coordinated care Participate in peer reviews and supervise MSW interns (as needed) Uphold legal and ethical standards, including mandatory reporting Master's in Social Work or Marriage & Family Therapy Licensed as LCSW or LMFT by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills Excellent communication, time management, and organizational abilities Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred Current CPR certification required Proficiency in using electronic health record systems Comprehensive Health Coverage : Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance Generous Paid Time Off : Vacation, sick leave Retirement Plan Options Professional Growth : Ongoing training and supervision; CEU opportunities Supportive Team Culture : Work with a mission-driven, collaborative mental health and medical team Meaningful Work : Make a difference in the lives of individuals, families, and communities every day
